Who is responsible
Red Reef Pavers is the working business brand. Its legal entity and privacy contact must be confirmed before the website accepts live inquiries. The operating address is private and is not published. The public telephone is (954) 208-4778; a privacy request process must be approved before launch.
Information in an inquiry
A live inquiry collects your name, phone number, project ZIP code, selected service, and any optional email or project description you provide. If you request a callback, we also record the exact disclosure, version, authorized number, affirmative choice, current Eastern time zone confirmation, and time of that request. A technical request key helps prevent duplicate submissions.
How information is used
The purpose is to evaluate and respond to your project inquiry and, only when requested and available, arrange one automated connection with the business. Forms do not enroll you in marketing texts. Call recording and transcription are disabled. Limited source tags may be stored only under the selected optional tracking choice. Arbitrary query strings and contact details are not sent to ordinary analytics.
Providers and access
The production implementation is prepared for private PostgreSQL storage, Cloudflare Turnstile security checks, a signed business CRM notification webhook, and a selected voice provider for an optional callback. Callbox is the requested provider, but its account-specific connection has not been verified; the retained Twilio adapter is inactive unless separately selected and approved. These services are inactive in the credential-free preview. The owner must approve the actual providers, hosting configuration, and relevant processing terms before activation. Owner lead access requires an authenticated, authorized session.
Your callback choice and cancellation
The callback checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. It authorizes a connection for this project inquiry only. The selected Callbox flow contacts the business first, asks it to accept, and then connects the customer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls are not initiated without confirmed availability, a permitted calling window, and the required live settings.
After a live form request, use the cancellation control on the form confirmation to cancel a queued callback. Keep that page open until you have made your choice. A cancellation is effective when confirmed by the server. If a call has already begun, you can decline the connection. The owner’s verified contact method must be supplied here for later privacy and suppression requests before launch.
Optional analytics
Optional Google analytics and advertising measurement load only after permission and valid configuration. You may reject optional tracking and continue to use basic forms and click-to-call. Advertising storage, personalization, enhanced conversions, and remarketing remain disabled in this implementation. A phone click measures intent; it is not proof of a connected call. A saved inquiry is counted only after durable storage confirms it.
Use to review your choice. If you withdraw an earlier choice, optional consent is updated to denied; previously processed data is governed by the provider’s applicable settings and retention.
Security and retention
Contact information is kept out of public URLs, ordinary analytics, and application error messages. Production storage is private. Security controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it. The owner must approve and configure retention periods and a deletion procedure for inquiries, consent records, suppression entries, call outcomes, and operational logs before launch; no indefinite retention is authorized by this draft.
Your requests
Before launch, this policy must provide the verified contact method for access, correction, deletion, callback suppression, and questions. Applicable rights and any required identity verification depend on the actual business and jurisdiction. This draft does not claim legal compliance.
