A good place to begin
Tell us about
your outdoors.
Tell us about the space you would like to improve. You might have a settled design, a few saved ideas, or an existing surface that needs attention. Red Reef Pavers is a small family-owned company that started in Boca Raton ten years ago. We welcome a practical conversation about your home, your priorities, and the next information needed to shape a proposal.
Let’s make room for more
Your space.
Your possibilities.
A welcoming arrival. A longer evening outside. A poolside setting that feels like you. Tell us what you have in mind.
- A conversation about your project
- Material and layout considerations
- A scope shaped around your space
Online quote delivery and automated callbacks are being configured. Use sample details in this review form, or call us to discuss your project.
A useful first message
Start with where, what, and why.
Your project ZIP code tells us where the work is planned. The selected service gives us the starting point. A sentence about your goal adds the most useful context: replacing a driveway, creating a dining patio, changing a pool-deck surface, adding turf, or reviewing an uneven paver area. You can keep the first message simple.
If several areas connect, describe the overall idea in the optional project field. You do not have to decide how every detail will be built before contacting us. Understanding what you hope to change helps make the first conversation more focused.
Bring what you know
A little preparation can make the conversation clearer.
Approximate dimensions, current materials, and a few photographs can help explain the site in a later discussion. Mention features that may affect access, such as a narrow gate, a shared driveway, or a route through the side yard. If you know about HOA review or community entry procedures, include that information when we discuss the project.
There is no need to guess at hidden conditions. Base preparation, elevations, drainage, and connections to the home require a closer review. The purpose of the first conversation is to identify useful next steps, not to make you investigate the property yourself.
Customer service
Choose a way to get in touch that suits you.
Our office hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern, seven days a week. You can intentionally tap the public phone number to call or use the project form. Our service focus is Boca Raton and nearby communities within approximately 35 miles, with each project location confirmed individually.
When the live callback feature is available, requesting it is a separate optional choice. You can ask about an estimate without selecting it. The automatic calling window starts later than office hours, at 8 a.m., and ends at 7 p.m., subject to reviewed availability and recipient-local restrictions. The current review build labels its demonstration form clearly.
What comes next
Turn an idea into a more specific scope.
The next discussion can cover the intended use, material preferences, current surface, access, and any concerns you want addressed. A site review helps resolve the details that photographs and measurements cannot show. From there, a proposal should make the included work, choices, and dependencies understandable. Asking a question does not commit you to a construction project.
We value straightforward communication. If a detail is important to how your household uses the property, bring it into the conversation. Parking needs, furniture plans, or a preferred route through the garden can be important design information.
Before we begin
Before you send your request.
01Do I need a full design before asking for a quote?
No. Start with the service, project ZIP code, and what you want to improve. Design and material questions can be discussed as the scope develops.
02Does sending an inquiry book the work?
An inquiry starts a discussion. Project availability, a site review, the proposed scope, and any separate agreement are addressed before work is scheduled.
03Can I request an estimate without a callback?
Yes. Automated callback consent is optional. When live collection is enabled, an estimate inquiry does not require that separate choice.
